Kunye Tibetan Massage course με την Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo

The Shang Shung Institute School of Tibetan Medicine presents the first training on Tibetan Massage Kunye with Doctor Phuntsog Wangmo in Tenerife, Spain

22-27 of January 2019


Kunye Tibetan Massage 1st level course is a part of 4 levels program of 120 hours. After completing the full 2 years course you will become a certified Relaxation Kunye Massage practitioner.


This course consists of 30 hours of theory and practice (50/50).


What is Kunye External Therapy?

Kunye is the ancient form of massage therapy taught in Traditional Tibetan Medicine. It is an effective, dynamic healing art. Presented in the classical texts of Tibetan Medicine,

Kunye has been transcribed and formally taught for many centuries.

The Kunye training course is the primary entry point for Traditional Tibetan Medicine training in the West.

What are the requirements for entry into the program?


  • Strong motivation to study Massage Therapy and interest in Tibetan Medicine
  • Willingness to commit to the length of the program. This is a key criterion for admission to the program.

-Five elements of the body

-Causes of diseases

-The purpose of Kunye massage

-How to perform massage

-Benefits, effects, contraindications

-The location of the points of Lung, Tripa, Bekken



-Oil application

-Execution of all basic massage techniques

-Massage of various parts of the body: back, head, neck, arms, legs, neck, head


-Full Kunye practice

Recommended donation: 500 Euro

Early registration discount (before 8.12.18): 430 Euro
