This is a set of practices and teachings applied in order to discover one’s natural condition through the experiences of clarity and emptiness.
Closely connected to the practice of Yantra Yoga and Dzogchen Longde, these Teachings first make one recognize the characteristics of one’s own body and mind that could sometimes prove to be an obstacle for spiritual practice, and provide ways to balance them.
These instructions also teach how to become sensitive to the energy winds and channels and to activate their potential, through relaxation, the application of oils and so on.
With this base one engages to train in the inner heat; in the shape, colour and movement of energy winds; in retention of the breath (Kumbhaka), and experience the relative signs and dispel obstacles from harsh experiences related to the elements.
Planned 2 tuns of explanation and practice per day. First tun starts at 06:00. There also may be additional practice of Yantra Yoga.
