Yantra Yoga, also called Yoga of movement is a tibetan yoga system of long tradition. It is a fundamental method for integrating the three existences : body, speech and mind.

In Yantra yoga the practitioner applies positions and movements in coordination with breathing. In that way, his energy is coordinated and harmonized and his mind relaxed is able to be naturally in its own state. Thus is achieved the basis for the state of contemplation.

The tibetan master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu wrote an extensive commentary at the beginning of the seventies of the text « Union of Son and Moon », authored by the master and translator Vairochana (8th Century). Thus began the teaching of Yantra yoga in the western world.
