The Dance of the Vajra is part of the Dzogchen Teachings transmitted by the world renowned Dzogchen master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.

The simple, slow and fluid movements relax the body, clear the mind, and relieve the tensions of our daily life.

Through dancing we activate and coordinate specific energy points in our body according to an ancient knowledge of channels and chakras. In this way the Vajra Dance dissolves energy blocks, harmonizes the three main aspects of our being – body, energy and mind – and develops presence and awareness…

Khaita means “Harmony in Space”.
Our aim is to promote harmony within the individual and between people and their environment through dance, this powerful and joyful tool. Dancing is the best way to harmonize movement and sound, to develop an understanding of space and how to relate to others.
Through dancing we can discover our inner harmony and how this resonates with the harmony of the universe.
In 2011, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu started to collect modern songs performed by young Tibetan artists, choosing between hundreds according to their meaning and melodies.
The topics of the lyrics don’t belong only to Tibetan culture but are the heart of each culture. We can recognize in them some values that are important for all humanity, such as the love for our own country, the desire to maintain our language and culture, the wish to overcome borders and separations between different groups and the desire to spread peace in the world.
Today we have 2 collections: “Message from Tibet” contains 108 songs and the collection “Mekhor” has180 songs. Until now we have almost 200 dances.
