1st Level Yantra Yoga
with Fabio Andrico and Laura Evangelisti
Open to everyone who wants to learn Yantra Yoga; a method to relax the body speech and mind in their natural condition.
Course contains;
- Lung Ro Salwa – 9 purification breathings,
- Tsigjong – loosening the joints,
- Lungsang – eight movements to purify the prana.
- Tsadul Pranayama and 5 Yantra Tsadul- controling the channels
- Pranayama of the Rythmic breathing
- The basic movements of the Yantras
- The Vajra wave to overcome hindrances
The last day of this course will be reseved for the
Pranayama of the first series: The four characteristic conditions ( only for practitioners with transmission)

2nd Level Yantra Yoga
with Fabio Andrico and Laura Evangelisti
(only for members of the Dzogchen Community):
This level focuses on the subtle aspect of the breathing and the pranayamas.
Course contains:
- Pranayama of the third series: the secret breathing for directing the prana into the central chanel.
- Pranayama of the fourth series: the smooth breathing with seven limbs
- Pranayama of the fitfh series: The rough breathing with six applications
- Some variations of the Yantras
