22-28 October 2015 – Santi Maha Sangha Retreat in London with Alexander (Sasha) Pubants
In this Santi Maha Sangha retreat, as taught by Sasha Pubants, we will focus on Chapters 6 and 5 of ‘The Precious Vase’ – the View and the Practice of Meditation. We will study and apply the various methods of practice according to: Sutra, Tantra and Dzoghcen; with specific attention applied to the different methods outlined in regard to the latter, to enter into the state of contemplation, or Rigpa, as presented in Precious Vase.
Santi Maha Sangha is a course of study and practice in nine levels devoted to deepening knowledge of the Dzogchen or Total Perfection Teaching. Santi Maha Sangha, being the heart essence of the whole cycle of Longsal Teachings; is the elucidation of the genuine teachings of Garab Dorje and treats exhaustively the view, meditation and behaviour, providing the knowledge and experience of the practice of Dzogchen for the benefit of future generations in a pure way.
The nine levels of the Santi Maha Sangha training embrace the three series of Dzogchen: the Semde series or “Series of Mind”, the Longde series or “Series of Space” and the Menngagde, or “Series of Secret Instruction”.
Santi Maha Sangha includes also a Base Level that provides an essential training in the fundamentals of Sutra, Tantra and Dzogchen theory and practice and is indispensable for those genuinely interested in Dzogchen.
