“Santi Maha Sangha Base retreat: The essence of the view and meditation of the three inner yogas” with Igor Berkhin
which will take place from December 27th till the January 1th in Phende ling, Czech Republic.
Maha-yoga, anu-yoga, and ati-yoga or dzogchen constitute what is called “three inner yogas”. These practices are strongly interrelated though there are subtle differences both in point of view and in practical approach.
The main topic of the retreat is to study basic differences between these three vehicles and to practice the essence of anu-yoga.
