Long Life Practise of Dakini Mandarava

with Alexander (Sasha) Pubants in Germany

from 15 to 25 March 2013

If our energy is weak or damaged, we are more open to negative influences
and obstacles in our life and meditation. This practice creates good prerequisites
for the path. We are building up our life force,
and at the same time our potential for a life in good circumstances
and for acquiring wisdom;
because what would be the use of a long, but miserable, life?

Chögyal Namkhai Norbu

mandarava-
The practice of Jnana Dakini Mandarava is one of the most important practices of long life among all the teachings of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, for strengthening the life force.

The practice effectively teaches in depth, with Tsalung and Chulen, how to integrate the essence of the elements in one’s own body in order to achieve the body of light and ultimate enlightenment. These are direct means for realization of the Rainbow Body.

Prerequisites for participation: Dzogchen transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu

We will learn and apply the following aspects of practice:

Ultimate and provisional meaning and benefit of this practice in terms of the path

Profound meaning of the text and how it is applied for the practice

Application of visualisations, chanting, mudras and the usage of ritual items

Various methods of Tsalung breathing and visualisation
