The Dutch Dzogchen Community is organizing a Mandarava weekend retreat with Annalen Gall, a long-time student of Rinpoche and an official instructor of the Mandarava Practice.
This retreat is also suitable for beginners!
The Practice of Mandarava is Long Life practice. This means it can help to enhance your life, to coordinate and balance your energy and to increase your clarity.
Annalen Gall will give instructions for those who are unfamiliar with this practice, on Friday evening.
You need to have received the Lung from Rinpoche if you want to do this retreat. Rinpoche always gives the Lung of this practice at the end of each retreat, also via webcast.
We start Friday evening on September 7 and finish Sunday afternoon on September 9.
Friday, September 7: from 19.00 to 21.00
Saturday, September 8: from 10.00 to 12.00, from 14.00 to 16.00, and from 17.00 to 19.00
Sunday, September 9: from 10.00 to 12.00, and from 14.00 to 17.00 (with Ganapuja)
We will hold the retreat at De Orangerie – a place outside Amsterdam and in nature, that was specially dedicated by one of the Dutch practitioners to house the Vajra Dance Mandala. The Dutch Dzogchen Community has held many retreats there over the years.
Address: Gein Zuid 56, Abcoude (we will provide travel instructions for those who will register)
For out-of-the-city participants there will be a possibility to stay overnight either at De Orangerie (in basic conditions) or in Amsterdam at home of the Dutch practitioners.
We ask a small price for attending: 20 Euro.
If some of the participants have difficult financial situations, they are invited to donate according to their possibility.
Bigger donations are always welcome, as all the funds go into the functioning of the Community.
