19.00 – 21.00 ~ Introduction and beginning of explanation of the Long Practice and Short Practice, followed by a short practice

Saturday 16th June

10.00 – 12.00: Explanation and practice, including mudras and use of instruments

15.30 – 17.30: Sogtig breathing for developing Chudlen followed by short practice

18.00 – 19.00 ~ Yantra Yoga or Vajra Dance

Sunday 17th June

10.00 – 12.00: Continuation of Chudlen and Sogtig pranayama

15.30 – 17.30: Further Sogtig explanations including those with HRI and BAM according to instructions Rinpoche gave in Singapore in April 2011

Short or Long Practice according to time available

18.00 – 19.00: Yantra Yoga or Vajra Dance

Monday 18th June

10.00 – 12.00: The first part of the tsalung called Thigle Khajor:

15.30 – 17.30: The second and third parts of the Thigle Khajor

18.00 – 19.00: Yantra Yoga or Vajra Dance

Tuesday 19th June

10.00 – 12.00: Practice with the tsalung to develop heat with ‘Wisdom Fire’

15.30 – 17.30: Continuing the tsalung to develop heat with ‘Wisdom Fire’

18.00 – 19.00 ~ Yantra Yoga or Vajra Dance

Wednesday 20th June

10.00 – 12.00Developing heat with the tsalung visualizing a red HUM

15.30 – 17.30: Developing heat mainly using the channels

18.00 – 19.00: Yantra Yoga or Vajra Dance

Thursday 21st June

Explanation and practice of Ganapuja of Mandarava
